Workshop Description:

Ensuring problems do not recur means going beyond problem solving; it typically requires cause analysis which results in changing management practices and/or organizational structures.

Learn how to discover the most probable and real reasons (root causes) for recurring problems.  Learn to judge which cause is worthy of corrective action.

This is a highly interactive workshop that demands active participation.  It is designed to address those key skills necessary to become world leaders.  All exercises and examples are specific to the software development/support industry.

This workshop provides a practical approach and tools/techniques to determining potential/root causes... and facilitating corrective action...  Primary focus is on cause analysis/remedies that will improve an organization's software process/business.
