Learn how to effectively solve problems by applying this workshop's systematic approach using proven tools and techniques.

This is a highly interactive workshop that demands active participation.  It is designed to address those key skills necessary in today's high-performance work environments.  All exercises and examples are specific to the software development/support industry.

This workshop provides a practical approach and tools/techniques to identifying a problem... gathering facts... generating/evaluating potential solutions.. and deciding on the best course of action.  Tools/techniques taught includes the
-- 7 Statistical Tools (Cause and Effect, Check Sheet, Pareto Diagram,...)
-- 7 Management Tools (Affinity Diagram, PERT, Matrix Diagram, ...)
-- and more (Brainstorming, PDCA Cycle, Strawman, Bin, Flowcharting,...)
