software process and quality system related documentation
(e.g., process/quality policies, procedures, forms, etc.)
Workshop Description:
This workshop provides a practical approach to managing and preparing the
documentation needed to implement an ISO 9001 compliant quality
system for software development/maintenance and that needed for SEI
SW-CMM level 2 and level 3 compliance.
Learn how to design, write and organize your documentation to best suit
your business--various documentation structures and access medium; are
discussed. Particular attention is paid to managing and controlling
the outcome of your documentation efforts (the documentation authorities,
distribution, amendments, identification,...). Ideas to evolve the
documentation and maintaining its alignment with changing needs; are discussed.
Many software industry real-life samples are provided.
